T - Nut

A T-nut — also known as a tee nut or blind nut — is a type of fastener designed to provide a strong, secure, and threaded anchor point in wood, particleboard, or composite materials. Made from high-strength galvanized steel, this T-nut features a cylindrical barrel with internal threading and a flat base with four prongs (claws) that grip into the material when hammered or pressed in.
