How do I place an order?

  1. Choose your product and add it to cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter delivery details.
  3. Complete payment (as per checkout options).
  4. You will receive order confirmation.

Can I change my address/phone after ordering?

Yes, before dispatch. Contact us with your order number and updated details.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Before dispatch/production: Cancellation may be possible.
  • Customized / made-to-order items: Cancellation may not be possible once processing/production starts.
    Contact us quickly with your order number for the best support.

Delivery & Installation

Are delivery and installation charges included?

No. Delivery charges and installation charges are separate and will be informed/charged accordingly based on product and location.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on:

  • product type (ready stock vs customized),
  • location/pincode serviceability,
  • logistics scheduling.
    We will confirm an estimated timeline after order confirmation.

Do you provide installation/assembly?

Yes, we can provide installation/assembly as a separate charge (based on product and location). We’ll schedule it as per availability.

What should I check at the time of delivery?

Please check:

  • packaging condition,
  • product quantity,
  • visible damage (if any),
  • product model/variant matches your order.
    If you notice damage, take photos/video and contact us immediately.

Customized Orders

Do you take customized orders?

Yes — we provide customized orders (size, design, finish, fabric, etc. based on feasibility).

To get a custom quote, please share:

  • product reference (or photo),
  • required size/dimensions,
  • preferred material/finish/color,
  • delivery location/pincode.

Returns / Damage / Defects

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number,
  • issue description,
  • clear photos/videos.
    We will review and provide resolution (repair/replacement/part support as applicable).

Note: Natural variations in wood grain, shade, and texture are normal and not considered defects.

Warranty & Service

Do you provide warranty?

Yes — we provide 1-year free warranty.

What does warranty cover?

Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

What is not covered (typical exclusions)?

  • Normal wear & tear (scratches, fabric fading, cushion softness over time)
  • Damage from misuse, mishandling, shifting/relocation, water seepage, pets
  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications
